Society we live now has made it difficult for victims of sexual abuse to speak up, easy to point fingers but have skeletons in their closets. Sexual abuse can lead to rape if the perpetrators of this crime, continue to indulge in it without exposing them, how can this happen when they are accused of being responsible for the crimes they never committed.
Companies, universities, work places and other organized group of people are not exempted from this crime, you see the case of senior staff making sexual advances to junior staff, who is ineligible to speak up, due to hierarchy and the scared of being fire.
Ladies who think their bodies can get them far, make it hard for innocent ones to speak up, the mentality of having sex and get promoted, this kind of huge atrocities might be going on inside a reputable organization, taking advantage of workers who are financially vulnerable.
In some places in the world, it is seen as a taboo to talk about sexual related topics, or discuss it with somebody, in Africa parents will hide and be cautious enough not to say sexual related topics when their kids are around, until they become the victims of their own circumstances.

You should be able to build a conducive society where everyone can live freely without the fear of unknown, encourage the victims of sexual abuse to speak up and condemn the act in all forms, it is a stain to dignity humanity uphold, everyone should be respected regardless.
In growing society, it is everyone’s business to participate and contribute to the development of the society, things should be said the way it is, not changing the law because of the social class of a person who committed a crime, they should be equal judgement not judgement according to class. Victims of sexual abuse should be able to speak, you’re doing yourself a big favour by doing so, not only letting out something that has traumatized you for years, but also freeing yourself.
