This scrutiny happens almost in all the endeavours, where people of colour are observed in different way, in a way that they carry such enigma that other people are waiting for them to make mistake, no matter how infinitesimal the mistake is, they will hugely be blasted for such. This has continued to grow, but in a society where equity thrives, such enigma placed on people of colour should be abolished.
Often time where they work in white people infested company, their opinions are highly irrelevant, and such atmosphere is created to bar any development and their creativity, there by making the atmosphere hostile for them to shine, even their ideas are stolen. When they manage to get into this big companies, they are employed for menial jobs, where they can be easily castigated. Somehow a man of colour manages to form part of the caucus of a big firm, it feels like he is living outside that circle, whatever go wrong at the top, he could be easily singled out, because they expected him to fail.
The rationale behind Black Lives Matter
This is awful experience that goes on, in some big firms. Where equality is highly preached on paper and social media post, such condemnation will continue to overshadow work life, and bosses of big industries should be able to create enabling environment for their workers, irrespective of barriers that might have existed, there should be peaceful coexistence and respect one another space, without violation of any kind.
In sporting world such preference will untimely end the careers of targeted people. Especially at the grassroot level, where certain coach will favour particular group of players, and sidelined other group of players simply because he does not like their faces. And this will push them out of their most favoured career choice, and that point it feels like they carry enigma that make certain people not to threat them equally no matter their potential.
This should be looked into properly and proper step to curb such uncultured practices that seem like targeted agenda to oust and knock off certain people out of their balance.
