Most times it seems that people are overly overwhelmed by problems bedevilling their progress in life, in that they don’t have any reason to be grateful in life, they just see and views life from negative point of view. Just like someone who worked so hard to attain particular top position in a chosen career field he has chosen but was not able to attain that height, that failed attempt will be reoccurring in his head and will turn him to be bitter, without first acknowledging the process that has brought him where he is in life before aiming the top position, and become jealous when another colleague get the desired job. It is a different atmosphere when you focus on gratitude, it will create a though pattern for you thereby unlocking your adept potential to excel in life.
It is not always right when everyone does it, you can change the narrative positively and create a thought path for yourself, which will breed and build you into cheerful and compassionate person. No matter how success you have attained in life or how you have progressed from what you used to be to where you had always desired to be, that time you’re in a very peaceful place and space in your life, and enjoying quietness and serenity of life, but the tone usually change when one encounter life challenges or take some certain losses in life, what usually creeps in is lack of gratitude, he will be so blindfolded by the negativity, destroying him mentally and shows him no reason to be grateful.

It will enable you to take charge of your thoughts, because whatever you imagined in your mind, is the manifestation of what you want to do, when you take control of your headspace and start manifesting your potential through gratitude, it will serve as a template where you see how you can turn the tide for good and put yourself in good mental space.
