Before the coming of colonial masters Africa was considered to be barbaric with lots of uncultured activities as the Europeans would say, but the question is what brought them to Africa, since such place is swelting with heat of insanity.

Their motives were put down to civilization and missionary activities which Christianity was very dominant during that time, many people were converted while those who didn’t understand real intention of the new religion were recalcitrant and still pay homage to their own religion.

Africa’s culture is very rich and the heritage is overwhelming, why did Europeans keen on abolishing Africa’s religion, could it be a blockage to their real intention, and a way to pierce sword inside the hearts of Africa’s heritage.

May be Europeans where in search of industrialization, which prompted them to come down to Africa to explore despite the inconveniences, may be something more than that could have triggered their real intentions.

The book that outstandingly exposed another intentions of Europeans who claim to have interest of Africa in heart, but reverse is the case, looking at how it has placed discord in the things that held two brothers together, instigate internal war.

‘Things Fall Apart’ by Chinua Achebe gave deep insight on what transpired during the era of colonization, which questioned their real intentions, because it seems that religion was their shield they used to cover their motives which is far from protecting interest of Africa, but rather sabotaging them all round.

After the end of colonization, little progress have shown in Africa, due to the internal conflicts they inspired between brothers, which is hard to get rid of, without proper understand, many books have been published, which reflect to their actions, their coming was worst than disaster, it didn’t go well in Africa.

It is easy to destroy but hard to rebuild, looking at the damage caused, it will take years to bring back sanity. Some countries agitated for their independent which the Europeans were reluctant to give them, without big amount of pressure, which was done out of force and compulsion, because very early others were able to understand the whole thing, and start seeking for selfstanding.

Analysing the situation then critically, it would have been a system of benefactor and slave, things weren’t done the way it supposed to be, many countries are not involved in the running of their own affairs, not until few elites began to protest for their involvement, the positions they placed them, is as the same as they weren’t in any office at all.

This is time for new Africa to have total revival, start making amends and heal the wounds of colonization, which make them vulnerable to things they shouldn’t be vulnerable to. It is time for total rebuild and work towards achieving the best, which will be a great a asset and supersede harms caused during days of benefactor and slave.
