People carry a lot of burden on their shoulders, to come to work and meet a grumpy employer who shouts and use abusive words at every time the opportunity present itself, affect not only your performance at work but also your dedication to the company. While an act of kindness can change the whole atmosphere. The level of cruelty that employers exhibit makes it hard for workers to thrive in the work space, an act of kindness will bring the spirit high, when workers believe that their employer actually have their interests at heart, they tend to give their best performance and thrive beyond the role given to them. And act of cruelty will create hostile environment even if the salary is somewhat high.

In as much as the situation of economic realities people who engage in act of kindness feel genuinely happy how they are able to put smiles on the faces of people who receive the kindness. It uplifts the ambience and create conducive atmosphere that enable progressive growth, which says a lot about the company’s culture and its sustainability. People can argue that it doesn’t matter how abusive it gets at workplace so far as they are getting good pay check. There is always so much you can take, abusive words have a way of playing in your head when you’re trying to be thoughtful about yourself, it creates hostility around you and question your ability to make a change, it is unfavourable gamble to normalise abusive words for high salary, while you can genuinely feel happy in a work place that show kindness.
