Mmeso Inspires: The Greatest Strength

Where does the greatest strength lies?

Money?

Affluence?

Power?

Influence?

While these can give some level of confidence, they are not really where the greatest strength lies.

Have you seen a broken man rebuilding himself?

Have you seen a man building something without accolades from family or friends?

Have you seen a man mocked because his dreams appear unrealistic or called crazy because he sees something which no one else could see?

Have you seen a man choosing discipline over comfort?

Have you seen a man falling hundred times but rising almost immediately like a phoenix?

Have you seen a man facing both internal and external battles just because of the dream in his heart?

Have you seen a man wide awake while others are sleeping and working while others are playing?

Have you seen a man who believe in himself even when no one does?

Have you seen a poor man who was born in a slum but looking up to the sky?

Have you seen a man showing up everyday even when he has little or nothing to show for it?

That is where the greatest strength lies.

You know why?

Because not everyone can do it. So if you really want it so hard, you play hard. The greatest strength lies in believing in yourself. It lies in seeing the bigger picture, visualizing yourself at the stage and winning after all. You don’t need validation to succeed. Do it for yourself and your future self.

Ernest Hemingway said “The world breaks everyone, and afterward, some are strong at the broken places.”

Remember, you have the ultimate power to dictate your place. Do it with grit!
