It’s quite funny,

And mysterious,

That I will have to spend my entire life with him,

Because, this is a forever something,

It’s not a joke anymore Mother,

That I will be turning a wife soon

After five years of dating him,

That I will quit going to night clubs,

Except when “we” feel like,

Our babies concealed under the blanket,

For Nanny Ruth to look after,

And we probably sneak in and out,

Lest we wake them up,

And their cries soil our plans,
