Leadership is a definite scope of human enterprise, for any human society good leadership creates enabling environment for growth and allow people to sprout their potentials through the lenses of good leadership. Leadership is encompassing it touches almost all human activities, it directs and channels the form it takes and the possible end product. Good leadership comes with integrity, resilience, confidence in yourself and others, creative thinking, ability to function properly under pressure, sound decision making, transparency, accountability, good communicator and empower other, the list can go on just to mention a few.
