You have to go get it yourself, if not there is no ground for young Africans to flourish in a stagnated system. In a developed countries there is already system in place that will help young people to explore their talents and make the best of out their time, but in Africa it is totally different there is no ground for such flow, young people go through the mud still the system is adamant in frustrating their efforts, this is just the situation in Africa and it is demeaning, life is getting tougher and nastier every single day.

When no job is waiting for you after your graduation, makes the mess of already messed system, the idea has been channeled to entrepreneurship and developing something one can rely on financially. Where tertiary institution still goes for strike occasionally, keeping students out of school without feeling like it is a big deal, then there is no hope for professional work, it has already been dead, and students are forced to do something not related to their field of study, what then happens to the professional work, when it has been completely ridiculed and make mockery of.
