Africa In Distress

Africa has been in distress, political, religious and otherwise, it is either this or that. So many wrong decisions at the long run, despite that a leader should be able to show dedication and enthusiasm to deliver, in Africa all these ingredients that make up a quality leadership continue to be absence.

From the time of self rule, it seems like Africa has this chain that tied their exploration, to be able to make proper use of what they have got, living peacefully with each satisfying his household, and some Africans think that something still remain, the need to break the chain and go outside the box.

Then apartheid came, which was very horrible and inhumane experience, what happened in South Africa exposed the ruthless nature of white people in South Africa who refused to have a peaceful nation in another man’s land, Nelson Mandela put his life in the line to fight for this course, the need and the priority to liberate his people, which he holds unto himself to accomplish, that’s why his legacy overshadowed other’s.

Colonization came with two-faced approach, everyone thought it is the best thing that has happened to Africa, traditional worshippers set aside their personal god in other to embrace this new religion of white people, Africa gained and at the same time paid for immensely, white ruthlessly run the administrations with strict measures ostracizing the real owners from the administration, which didn’t go well with the elites, nationalism and Independence arose to fight this.

Africa now become their own problems, the system is rough, so bombarded with all kind of malpractices, citizens are being run like there are animals, the system is filled with, men with no shame, no integrity, no respect of their political office, no respecter of law and things become to fall apart until the very last piece.

Africa has failed to pick the pieces of her broken self, recycling the same evil men, who are determined to sell their country for a piece of cake, overridden with the quest to acquire more wealth to satisfy their selfish interest, without no mercy to the citizenry.

Mismanagement of public offices are norms now, the justice department is the thing of joke, you can easily bypass the law once you’re a politician, because you said what the law should be not what it is, the continent that left poor masses with nothing.

The system that begs you to change your character and become a wolf, the system ruthless men run, this continent is so much in distress, Africa in distress should become a priority of everyone to fight for and make it better, how is that going to happen when you haven’t given citizenry the sense of belonging.

You get in touch with them only in ballot box, and make fun of their money, the money which supposed to put in work are converted to personal use, abandoned projects and poor facilities, and lack of assess to basic necessities.

There is nothing you can do to justify your actions, the results and records speak for you, when you ain’t performing it will always show, until you take what you’re doing with so much passion and enthusiasm to liberate this continent nothing else is going to work.
