Workers looking for job should prioritize mental health, for some companies they will make use of your time till the point they drain you to the very end, and could barely take some time off or take care of your health, when you do, you will get blamed for the bad outcome occasioned as a result of your absence. In any workplace you have to examine the culture and values, what they actually stand for, the environment should be free and welcoming to raise matters of mental health challenges, to promote sustainable culture.
